Should take a rather Libertarian approach to this and compile the list yourself, by visiting other clans' forums. Expecting clans to post everything here, in order to be "ranked" on a list that won't grow over 10, is a rather shallow stance.
That being said, if you're wanting all of these changes to happen, I'd suggest either creating your own clan, or joining the 1-2 that still follow some sort of honor, and leading by example.
When you say we're stubborn, it is 99% of the time, for a good reason. I've personally seen this exact suggestion / idea be used and suggested on 4 different fan sites and didn't do shit-all for the clan world each time. Some lists were nullified for the simple reason it didn't host the #1 clan. Some were dropped because people found out it's (was) a full time job. Most didn't work because of your exact approach and misunderstandings. Clans do not benefit from being on a ranked list, in terms of strength, and forcing them to partake is making them want to ignore you period.
Now, if you said you were to make a list based on activity and activity alone.... Think you might stir up some action with that, but that's a huge stretch.

I'd honestly love to make a list regarding about who's the #1 undisputed period, but that i cannot do. No way in hell can i remotely pull that off. Thankfully we have tournaments that follow up with that and only that. However, the best I and anyone else can do for now (for a rankings list) is rank clans on their wildy activity. That's honestly it.

As for looking in on Clan forums and checking that out. That is something i can regularly do, I just wanted to see how a different format would work. It's iffy, but not great. I would have to individual go to every forum and check all the local activity there

You've switched up the basics of the list based on everyone's response lol. First you're going to base it off wins, saying you can dictate a winner based on screenshots (you can't). Then it's going to be based on how many CWA/PvP wins a clan obtains, by them posting on fansites such as RSC and SB. Now you're saying these rankings decide who the daily active clans are? You've specified 3 different lists as counter arguments instead of understanding where us Blondes from Cali are coming from when trying to explain to you, it will not work for our side of clanning.
We're to the point that no one cares who is the undisputed #1. If the clans, who are being judged as such, do not care, why exactly are you trying to push it onto them for your own accord? Why not do something for them instead, that's going to help out their own clan scene? Maybe suggest to the kids over on Sharkbrew to make some mains and make a few of those 20-30 d00d pulling clans. That'd do a hell of a lot more than some shit list that we'll outlast... Again.

The list will no doubt continue to change once the focus is right. I feel like i've finally hit the nail on the head this time. The primary focus is to get active competition rolling into runescape again. With that will always come, recruitment. As competition flourishes, recruitment will follow. At least in me eyes, it will. If you're confused about these lists, that's fine, but just know these are suggestions. Yes, i will occasionally experiment with it and throw it out to the public and see how it stirs, but i'm not quitting until i get it right. Another thing, if you are at any time feeling annoyed about the list, then you may be in for a constant irritated state of mind. For that, i won't waste much time on.
As said, the previous lists were all bunked and shot down.
This list shows which clan was out on the most pking trips, skirmishes, and pkri's. There was a real spike in a few days out of the month, but for the most part every day a clan was out. Ibilly's and lil cards stream have to be featured as the most gangbanged groups not associated with RSC. Almost the majority of the clan world had their way with them lol...

- Divine Forces
- Violent Resolution
- Vanguard
- Vengeance
- Avalon
- Renegades
- Playdead
- Anonymous Community
- Lithuanians
- Forsaken
These clans are all active in their own right, but what sets the bottom 5 apart from the top 5 is of course, their establishments. Top 5 clans are established and ready to go to war. Bottom 5 just aren't too invested yet, but they manage to dip in whenever they feel it's right. The clans in the mid-section of the rankings are clans that are just around, you can tell something is brewing there. They're interested in the war, but something is holding them back. It could be activity, not a defined core, or something else; all just theories. However that's the fun in this activity list. You draw from imagination, however there's defined proof that these clans are all in the wilderness, and it's great that every day of sept had a clan outing. So in the end, the clan world wins, not a clan.

RoT had a few pk trips i forgot to put them in rip. As for fools, cant find their site O.O, and wild might i found their site but it's a bit... out dated.. Not sure if they have a new site up now. RoR, i didn't bother with yet, they only had one pk trip. Also don't forget Vitality, FF, The storm, etc etc. All other small clans who are on the list but that list is for my own private use. This is the public's 14 list. The list actually has 20+ groups total. So yep

From this, i've noticed I can give better advice on which clans should be fighting. This can hopefully lead to a competition being created, but that seems like another Goliath to tackle.

About Wild Might, not sure what site you've been looking at but the public part only has list of some videos which IS updated regularly. Sure it looks out dated since we don't use what others use, yet. We are planning new forums and so, but not interested in any kind of outside help, so it'll take some time. Clans that will use out of game tactics won't sign up to be apart of the system but will still hunt their rivals that are apart of it. If they aren't directly participating you can't do anything to stop them unfortunately.
This idea worked in the past because of the checks and balances of the clan world. No one wanted to be embargoed by clans on the RSC Top List so they stayed in line. When those same clans on the top list started taking things out of game it made matters worse.
well thats why i believe to just force it on every clan out there. See how it goes, yes the idea of forcing something upon clans that dont want to participate in isn't right, but as i said to someone in sharkbrew. Main clanning is like your typical California blonde from LA. overly dramatic, and wants it her way all the time. Can't have that gotta step up and start laying the structures down at some point, right? Thats why i see forcing this down as a better alternative. Cause like everyone agrees, no one is going to get along fairly in the end. Hence the Cali blonde woman from LA comparison
Maybe in the past people gave a shit about rules (matter of fact more clans existed in the past).. just hoe exactly can you or anyone force anything on the clan that cant be dosed , cant be hacked, cant be outlasted... cant be forced to end... rot?
Ever since Rot did their 1 item summer spree vs af 4 years ago they have been unstopable.. they are like the mountain and dorthraki from game of thrones combined together.. and they give zero shits about other players happiness or enjoyment..
Just enjoy the role play.. some people like to be vicious and cruel.. rot has been fantastic at it
