RSN Changer problem

Hello, i have complain about RSN Changer. Couldn't this thing be removed? I have some clan memberlist's and some idiots changing members rsn to randoms rsn... but it's not only my problem , plenty of memberlist's has been ruined. I can give an example how it works: http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php?clan=esquad now look , how u can see there's alot of Pure Ltux7 . He changed our rsn with his.. everyone can do it.. Non members accounts can be changeable to any rsn... that's really sucks... so RSN Changer is really bad thing ;s it would be wonderful if it could be removed
